Quality control starts before production, not after loading.
For PU wall panels, quality is not only about one final inspection. The important checks start with the right model, material, finish process, color reference, carton plan and application environment.
Buyers can check texture depth, weight, color and finish before confirming a larger order.
Lamination is often used for cost-sensitive interior projects. In-mold paint is recommended when outdoor weather resistance matters.
Carton quantity, carton size, label needs and mixed-style plans are confirmed before shipment.
Available SGS flame-retardant or formaldehyde reports should match the product system being discussed.
Custom colors need sample references and approval because lighting and surface texture affect the final look.
Model numbers, sizes, packing details and finish choices are kept clear for repeat orders.
Documents and reports
Available test reports vary by product series and material system. Before an order, tell us which document your market requires, such as flame-retardant, formaldehyde or material-related testing. We will confirm what can be provided for the selected product.
What we do not do
We do not use one generic certificate to cover every panel. If a report is needed for customs, retail listing or a project file, it should be checked against the actual product series before order confirmation.
Need documents or sample checks before ordering?
Send the style, quantity, application area and target market. We will match suitable models, explain the finish options, and prepare a practical quotation based on packing and shipping needs.
